A hot tear started to go down my cheek as mom entered my room with puffy red eyes . "Were leaving Gabriella pack your things before your father wakes up" We were leaving my abusive & alcoholic father in the middle of the night. I had so many questions for my mom but she left my room before i could speak . The door opened a few minutes after my mom left my body filled with fear thinking it was my dad ready to hit me for running away . " Gabriella where are we going " my Little 5 year old brother said in his sleepy voice . I took a big breath of relief and hesitated on the answer i was going to give to Dylan my Little brother . I faked a smile to make him feel safe " we are going on adventure so come lets pack your things" He took my hand as i lead him to his room . "can i take this one " Dylan was holding in his hand a transformer " we can only take the important things" i said giving him a backpack full of his cute little clothes and toys . My mom walked in Dylan room her eyes still red from crying and her hands were shaking. "lets go now " I picked up Dylan and grabbed his bag and mine our house was completely dark and silent . So that my dad would not wake up we made our way down stairs as quiet as possible " but what about daddy " Dylan said i covered his his mouth because we were still inside of the house . " don't worry about daddy okay now stay really silent okay " i whispered . I opened our front door my mom ran to the car and stared the engine . I put Dylan in his car sit and i sat in front and we started to drive in to the night .

Driving away from the house i grew up in , away from my friends and school ,away from my dad i know he hit me and my mom but he wasn't always like this he was the best dad in the world before he started drinking . I love him he is my dad and a little girl first love was her dad. I just don't understand why we weren't enough for him he always had to drink alcohol and that's what made him dangerous I felt a tears going down my face as i watched the car get fatter away from my home . My mom grabbed my hand and gave me a smile as she told me that everything was going to be okay . "mom were are we going " i said with my voice breaking from all of crying " California I saved some money and manged to buy a house there" she said while focusing on the road ahead " CALIFORNIA! Mom that is awesome but what about school?"I said feeling a little bit better " You are going to a new school so is Dylan our life are going to be better from now on " Those words made me feel little bit relieved about leaving We drove for almost two days we lived in North Carolina so it was a long way to California Dylan was asking for our dad the whole trip making me feel bad because he was not going to understand why he was not here. " Were here wake up " my mom said as i woke up from my nap as i opened eyes I could see are house it was amazing . I ran in and the house was filled with furniture my room was decorated with a beach teamed i loved it .

" MOM I LOVE IT "i screamed I laid in my new bed and shoot my eyes as i fell asleep . I woke a few hours laters and decided to take a shower my closet was filled with new clothes i could not believe it . I put on my running shoes and workout clothes because i decided to take a hike since there was a mountain near my new home also i wanted a distraction from all my feelings . I told my mom and headed out The mountain was pretty deserted i put on my headphones so that i could listen to ed sheran i see fire my fave song , i ran until i was at the top of the hill the view was stunning you could see the Hollywood signed I was contemplating the magnificent view . When I heard a Bark I looked behind me " OMG " was all i could say when i saw this golden labrador behind me it had a limping paw . " Hey come here don't be afraid " The dog was in pain from his injury so i decided to pick her up and take her home YESS it was a girl When I made it home my mom gave me a glare because of the big dog i just happened to be carrying in my arm I cared for her wounds and gave her a bath

my mom said that she could stay the night i went up to my room and took the adorable doggy with me she instantly jumped in my bed so i decided to join her i was playing with her I picked up my phone and decided to scroll down my Twitter trending topic #whereishazel and #findhazel i was curios they were all pictures of a dog that looked exactly like the one i found . "HOLY MOTHER OF GOD YOU ARE HAZEL " I said looking at her as soon as i mentioned her name she barked and wagged her tail Hazel,hazel, hazel the name kept repeating in my mind thid is familiar "waiit Hazel as in Kian Robert Lawley DOOG" i asked hazel like she was a person what am i doing your a dog , i have Kian dog in my room . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Hey guys I want your guys opinion on this book I really like the idea so just started writing it please send messages telling if it's god or bad I will be only updating my first book for now and when I'm done with that one I'll start updating this one hope you enjoyed reading this and please vote and leave a comment a read all of them 😚 Peace out 🤘🏽💕
