Thomas: telepathy, just like him. That way you can talk about stuff without everyone else hearing you.
Newt: healing powers, that way you can heal all of the wounds he gets from his work with the track-hoes
Gally: super strenght, that way you can help him with his work and he's finished earlier
Minho: super speed, that way you can run into the Maze to meet him without the others finding out.
