Sugawara can always figure out what's happening because he can read someones body movements but he never approaches the situation due to the fact that he doesn't really know how. So later on, when the problem or situation is out, he'll always say "oh i knew that" which would always leave everyone surprised. He can read everyone except for one member on the team.
