..................I am making great advances in retreat;
recession's become the state of my art;
for though you disappeared some months ago,
I'm readying the notion we must part.*I toy with the idea of my defeat,
sitting alone, recomposing the strange
tastes of us knitting together so,
to last two years, before the winds of change.Were they hubris of soaring ambition?
Or a fragile poverty's perdition?
