"Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten."
"James!" Torunn quickly jumped into the red heads arms, embracing him tightly and with her mighty strength lifted him off the ground.
"Woah Torunn I know it's been a long time but I'd like my feet to be on the ground, thank you." The boy named James said with a smirk across his face as the girl set him down. She was dressed in golden Asgardian armor, for that was where she had just come from.
But who were these people?
James Rogers, and already by the last name you can tell whom he is related too, Steven Rogers. Yep, Steve Rogers as in Captain America, the soldier himself. James's appearance is simple enough to say that he is his father. Except the fact that he has red hair, that of his mothers, Natasha Romanoff. The two Avengers had a child, however they did not last together in the world. James was named after Stevens's best friend, James Buchanan Barnes, who now took the name Captain America after Steve died. Yes, the soldier and first Avenger had died five years ago.
James was cute with his boyish good looks, red hair, and blue eyes. But sassy, not as sassy as some but he had his moments. Growing up he never followed the rules and did his own thing. But, there was something he was good at, excepting responsibility. See, even when it was someone else who caused the chaos he felt that it was his responsibility. Maybe it was the fact that it was the same thing his father did, especially when it came to a team. Or a family, Torunn was a part of this family.
Even though they were not related by blood. They were raised together in the same bunker as kids. Torunn Odinson was the daughter of the Asgardian warrior Sif and the god and ruler of Asgard, Thor himself. So yes, she is an Asgardian Princess. She was raised on earth however. Then on her earth birthday, at the age of 12 she left with her father and returned to Asgard.
They walked along the hallway, catching up. James had walked outside to meet her when he got news that she arrived. He was like a brother to her and she was a sister to him. They were close, and they were family not by blood, but by love.
"Whom else has arrived?" Torunn questioned. Even though she was raised on earth, her Asgardian language would slip through every now and then. She had lived in Asgard for the past eight years. Torunn would visit each year for a month or so, since the time was different for Asgardians.
"No one yet, you're the first. Azari flight was late but he should get here soon. Pym is-" James spoke, but the sound of Torunns sword being drawn from her side stopped him. She turned around quickly, pointing her sword to whatever something was there.
"HEY!" The boy shouted as he enlarged to his normal size so the two teens could see him.
"Pym!" Torunn shouted to the bug boy. She dropped her sword and embraced the boy in a hug, and using her hand to mess up his hair.
"Hey baby bro." James joked, walking up to them.
Torunn squeezed him tightly from behind, practically sucking the life from him.
"I C-CAN'T B-REEEAATHH!" Pym exclaimed.
"Alright Torunn, let him go." James said.
"Fine." Torunn said, dropping him and James came to hug his younger brother.
Pym was younger than the two, on earth Torunn was nineteen. James was eighteen. But Pym had just turned fifteen, and he would always be viewed to them as a little boy.
Henry Pym Jr is his real name. His dad was also an Avenger, The Giant Man was his name. He was a biochemist and one of the smartest men on earth as Tony Stark would say. He had an incredible ability to grow to an enormous size due to the Pym particles. He died, and Pym never got to meet his father before that day. Not only that, but no one to this day will tell Pym how his father died. And no one ever will. Pym's mother was the Avenger Janet Van Dyne, they called her The Wasp. Pym was most like his mother in many ways, the first being his abilities to shrink with tiny wings due to his suit. But because of his blood, his DNA, shrinking was a normal everyday part of his life. If anyone else tried to use Pym particles, it would practically destroy them. But his mom and he had a special connection, maybe it was because they both had brown hair but they had some sort of connection. He was what most people liked to call, a mommas boy. That was when she was still alive. Janet died three years ago, it was the hardest thing Pym ever had to face. She died because her suit malfunctioned and to many Pym particles surged throughout her system, she couldn't enlarge herself in time. She dropped out of the air and splat on the ground like a wasp. So now, every time Pym shrinks he is reminded of his mom and how she died.
