BEFORE I START DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY SWIFTIE THAT WOULD LIKE TO TRADE A RED CD WITH ME? JUST CURIOUS...
Okay lets refresh our memory,
*words in brackets are how you pronounce it, not the pinyin*
I/Me = 我= (woh)
You = 你= (knee)
Him/He =他 = (tah)
Her/She =她 = (tah)
It =它= (tah)
*notice that "him/he, her/she, and it" are all pronounced the same.
In order to build a sentence, we need a noun, and in this case, we are going to be using the "people/characters" stated above. (I, you, he, it.. etc)
We also need a verb. Some were already taught in the chapters before, like "Dancing" or "Playing the guitar". Here are a few more verbs to build a sentence.
1. 想-to think
pinyin: xiang
(see-ah-ng)
_________________
2. 准备-to get ready
pinyin: zhun bei
(zh-wun bay)
________________
3. 上学-to go to school
pinyin: shang xue
(sh-ah-ng sh-weh)
________________
4. 吃早餐-to eat breakfast (吃=to eat , 早餐=breakfast)
pinyin: chi zao can
(chi-uh ts-ow ts- ah-n) *ow as in (ouch)
________________
Four will do :) . Sometimes we need a time, not always, but I'll list one just incase.
1.正在- am/ are currently
pinyin: zheng zai
(zhung tsai)
*************EXAMPLE***************
So let me put a sentence together as an example:
我(I/me) 正在(am/are currently) 吃早餐(to eat breakfast... or in this case, eating breakfast)
chinese=我正在吃早餐
english= I am currently eating breakfast
or....
他(he [is] ) 准备(to get ready... or in this case, gets ready [to]) 上学([to] go to school])
chinese=他准备上学
english=he gets ready for school
*The second example is more complicated and may not make sense, because some things can't be done in direct translation 😂*
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 1.1k reads, ILYSM guys!!! ♥️
