Moonlight cascades in
Falling gracefully on skin
I see you, sleeping so sound.
How's it feel having a monster around?
Bring me from the dead.
Bring me from the dark
Tell me you'll love me
Tell me you'll save me.
Shadows creep inside my head
Telling me I should be dead.
Give me reason to breath again
Show me what it is to be human.
Let's lay beneath the sky
Staring up and wondering why.
Searching with bright eyes
The truth behind the lies.
I never felt arms so warm like yours
I never laughed with someone for hours.
Tell me you'll stay with me here.
Tell me this will be the way we live our years.
Show me how to love
Show me how to care.
There's light in this dark
I've sunk to far to rise above.
Shadows creep inside my head
Telling me I should be dead.
Give me reason to breath again
Show me what it is to be human.
Let's lay beneath the sky
Staring up and wondering why.
Searching with bright eyes
The truth behind the lies.
Tell me I am what you need
Tell me I am yours to keep
We'll fight our demons back
And lay each other to sleep.
Moonlight dances on our skin
Illuminating the love within
I am a monster, lurking around
Looking in your eyes the beast within is sound.
