Part 6

Alex's POV

I awoke to someone poking me. I groan and open my eyes. I look around wondering where I was. I rub my eyes seeing Evan in front of me. He pulls me off the couch into the kitchen. I giggle as I start to wake up. I sit onto a chair and look at the time it was later in the evening. Thank god it's Sunday. Ew we have school tomorrow. I'm terrible at school. I'm going no where in life so why should I try.

I'm not stupid but I'm not super smart. I could skip and do something. I would go to school but leave when we get there. What's anyone gonna do. He says that his parent went on a trip together so we're left alone until the end of the week. I say "I'll make dinner it's the least I can do." I pull out some mac and cheese and a couple pots. Evan watches me and I smile at him. I make sure the Mac and cheese is good before starting on some meat. Evan looks at me weirdly as I continue to cook. When both are mostly done I grab some shells and warm them up. I put the Mac and cheese in a bowl and the meat in another. I then put the shells in a thing that keeps them warm. I grab some plates and make myself a taco. (Pic on top)

I look to see Evan looks amazed that I can make something edible. I giggle at him and ask where Evelyn is. He says she usually goes over to her boyfriends house. I continue to eat my taco.
