A WEEK LATER...
MICHAELS POV
I sign my name at the desk when I work into work
"Morning Michael" Cassie says with a cheery smile
"Morning Cas, what's got you in a cheery mood this morning?" I ask
"Just seeing my favourite person in the morning makes me happy" she says pinching my cheeks
I laugh
"Well I better go, Mr Hood told me before I left last night that he wants to see me in his office this morning ASAP" I say before walking to the lift
"Well i'll see you later, maybe we can go out to lunch together" she says just as the lift comes
"Yeah, maybe i'll see you later" I say as the lift doors shut once I have entered
"Bye" she says with a little wave before the doors, slam shut
Cassie is a little bundle of sun shine, quite short, brown hair that she always wears half up and half down, always wears casual clothes but always makes it look smart and presentable (A/N: Cassie played by Ariana Grande)
The lift travels up to the top floor where Mr Hood's office is, slide out of the lift and I stroll to Mr Hood's office and I knock gently
I hear a come in from the other side of the door
I open the door and I see Mr Hood sat on the edge of his desk flicking through a magazine
"Come and take a seat" he says motioning to the chair in front of him
I sit down in the chair that is dangerously close to him
"So you wanted to see me sir?" I say nervously
"Yes Michael, but it is nothing bad I promise you" he says as he leans backwards and he grabs something and hands it to me
I look at the big envelope in my hands and I look up at him as if I was asking for permission to open it
He looks at me "You can open it you know"
I open it and smile as I see the front cover, it is of me and Mr Hood, it is incredibly edited, in black and white and the photo of us look amazing
I'm looking down and I have my head resting his shoulder and he has his hands in my back pockets of my jeans and he is towering over me but his hair is covering most of his as it is matted down like mine
"What do you think?" he asks
"It's amazing, I love it" I say with a wide smile
"Glad you do, it is going to be in most news agents by this afternoon ready to be put on shelves tomorrow" Mr Hood says as he gets off his desk that he was leaning on and walks around the other side
"Can I go and show Cassie on reception?" I ask running my thumb over the cover of the magazine
"Of course and then you can take a early break" Mr Hood says
"But I only just got here" I object
"This is the one time I am going to offer this so I wouldn't question it, now let me guide you down there" Mr Hood says
I get up and I walk towards the door and Mr Hood opens it for me
He shuts the door to the office and guides me to the lift, he puts his hand on the small of my back
I see people randomly travelling around Mr Hood's floor, which is od because no one else has an office on the top floor apart from him
We both get into the lift and we stand there in silence until I am pushed up against the wall of the lift
"You really need to stop wearing these tight ripped jeans to work Michael" Mr Hood mumbles in my ear before kissing me, I don't kiss him back at first
He nudges my lips with his as if to ask me to kiss him back, so I do
Suddenly the lift comes to a stop and he pulls away and straightens his suit up and leaves me standing there shocked for the second time since I have been working here
I walk out of the lift after Mr Hood does and I follow him to the reception
I smile when Cassie who is sitting at the desk comes into view, I go walking up to the desk before I am pulled back
"I'll see you later darling, take a break this afternoon, I want to see you bright and early tomorrow morning" he says before placing a lingering kiss on my temple
I smile and I walk over to Cassie with a smile on my face
I put the magazine flat down on the desk
"Wow Michael, you and that model look amazing together, can't believe you agreed to do a Gay magazine, they must of paid you a lot" she says picking it up and smiling
CALUMS POV
I hide behind a wall and I watch what Michael is doing
"Thanks Cassie" Michael says with an obvious nervous smile
"Let's go out for lunch and celebrate" She says with a smile
"Well Mr Hood has given me an early lunch" Michael says
"Well how about we go out of a drink tonight? as long as your girlfriend doesn't mind" Cassie says flirtatiously
Anger fills up inside me
"I guess we can, text me yeah?" Michael says before he walks away and out of the building
He is going to regret this.....
