What about the families,
The brothers,
The sisters,
The mothers,
The father's,
What about them.
When you pulled that trigger did you think of them?
Did you wonder what would happen to them?
Did you even acknowledge they existed?
What about the friends,
Best friends since the 3rd grade,
New friends,
Co-workers,
What about them.
When you reloaded and sprayed fire onto them,
Did you wonder what they would do without them?
Did you think about how they would make it through the day?
What about the lovers.
Boyfriends,
Girlfriends,
Partners,
When you shot down man after man, girl after girl,
Did you realize that girlfriends are now single again?
Did you realize wives are now widowed,
How sick must you be?
How cruel must you be?
How utterly demented must you be?
To have slain all these people,
Every. Single. One.
And not stop to think,
That they have lives too?
