"Come on, brat, we're going to see Katsuki before the Sports Festical," Mrs. Bakugou cooed, grabbing Ketsuka's wrist and dragging her along. "You'll go into the school and check on him, okay?"

Ketsuka nodded robotically, eyes blank. The two parents and child eventually reached the school, and they shoved Ketsuka forward. She shuffled up to the door and stared at it for a moment before taking out her phone and typing in a few numbers.

Fuck you!
Fuck you very very mu-u-u-uch...

Katsuki's ringtone went off, and he calmly took out his phone as his classmates stared at him in surprise. "Ketsuka?" He guessed, and Shouta's gaze went back to neutral. He guessed that Katsuki would respond to his younger sister to matter what situation. "...yeah?...and?...sure, sure...later, okay?...yeah, yeah. See you." Katsuki hung up and stuffed his phone back in his pocket before staring back at Shouta. "What?"

"Nothing, nothing...as I was saying," Shouta went back to lessons.

After a while, Izuku opened the classroom door and was wowed by the amount of students bustling behind it. "What the heck?!" Ochako exclaimed.

"They're crowding the exit! Why're they here?" A short boy with ball-shaped hair asked.

"They're scoping the competition, dumbass," Katsuki butted in, and the boy looked scared, turning to Izuku, who apologized on Katsuki's behalf. "They wanna see the gang who made it through the Villain ambush. They're checking us out before the big fight, shitty asshole." Katsuki turned back to the group of students. "It's pointless to try, so why don't you FUCK OFF, ya goddamn mob!"

Tenya slapped the air. "Don't go calling people you don't know a 'mob' right off the bat!" Izuku nodded in agreement.

"I did come here to check out what you guys are made of, but I didn't think you'd be this damn arrogant. Are all the students in the Hero Departments like that?" Katsuki looked pissed, Tenya and Izuku doing their best to calm him down from the sidelines. "I'm a bit disillusioned. So that's it, huh?" The boy had black lines under his eyes, his hair seeming to not have been tended to since he had woken up that morning. "There's a lot of kids who end up in the General Education Department or other ones because they failed the Heroics one. Did you know that?"

Katsuki frowned, confused.

"And based on the results of the Sports Festival, people can even be transferred to the Heroics Department, and vice versa." Izuku flinched at this. "Scoping out the competition? If nothing else, a General Ed. kid like me is thinking, 'Hey, why don't I try pulling the rug out from under those Heroics kids while they're on their high horses?' Consider it a Declaration of War."

There was a moment of silence, before a fourteen-year-old burst through the crowd, tackling Katsuki. "Onii-chan! There you are! All the other classrooms were empty so I thought you already left!"

The blond's face was turning blue, and he pushed her off of him a bit. "K-Ketsuka you're strangling me dammit..."

"Sorry, I'm sorry!" Ketsuka got off of him, fretting over him a bit as he sat up, rubbing his head.

"Don't do that, brat," he grumbled, before turning to the mob of students. The short boy from before looked up at Ketsuka and flushed, seeing her (very) short skirt and tight button down. He felt a smoldering glare on him and immediately backed down, shivering in fear.

"Hey! You! I'm from Class B! I heard you knocked around with Villains or whatever so I came to hear it from you guys! But I don't wanna hear it from some snot-nosed punk! Don't embarrass us during the main event, got it?!" It was a strange-looking blond boy, yellow...stuff around his eyes, his teeth pointed.

Ketsuka looked back at her brother, worried. "Villains?" He ruffled her hair, muttering 'I'll tell you later,' before turning to the door. "Wait a second, what did you just say?!"

Eijiro tried to hold him back. "Stoooooopstopstopstopstop, we don't want haters," he whispered harshly, but Katsuki glanced at him calmly.

"It doesn't matter." His classmates let out sounds of surprise. "None of that shit matters, once you're at the top."

Murmurs spread amongst the students and Ketsuka's chest swelled with pride as her eyes sparkled. She hugged her brother from behind, making him grunt. "You're so cool, Onii-chan!"

Blushing at this, Katsuki turned to his sister, scowling. "L-Let go of me, pipsqueak!"

From the sidelines, Izuku smiled.

This was what he missed.

That pair of siblings.

That interaction.

That way they showed affection for each other.
