A World In Blasphemy

These moments
of a fleeting innocence.
An ignorance so bliss..
Those moments in a world
where sunsets are romantic
and walks in the park exist.

A world so clean and innocent.
A world void of hatred, chaos..
What a boring world.

Those moments
the ink splatters
across the torn canvas.
The moonlight
our only friend in the dark.
The words we truly meant,
leaking in an array of colors.

No straight lines
nor edges on this
imperfect canvas.
So chaotic, beautiful.
The colors overflow
the oceans in crimson red..

What a beautiful world!

Listening to Impossible Year right now..Damn Brendon's vocals! Such talent!

Well, about this poem..
Basically at the beginning I'm talking about this 'beautiful world' that in reality never has existed but in the imagination of most likely young children so innocent it's a sin.

Turns out.. in my weird mind I prefer the twisted world.
Maybe because it's what's true.
I prefer the truth! Although, living a lie in a sweet harmless world seems nice.. It's not real. So I'm a bit of a realist I guess.

These author notes sound like I'm just ranting about a topic..
