Fallen Wall

Sometimes even the strongest walls fall.
Because being strong for so long makes you easier to break
Just one tear,
And the mask disappears as
all the fear,
and sadness,
and stress,
and anxiety,
and emotions
come pouring out of you like a hurricane.
A whirlwind of thoughts,
and a tornado of feelings
But it is in these moments that we become even stronger.
It is in these moments that we build ourselves up again.
Stronger than we were before.
