"You know, I'd have preferred you to stay naked throughout dinner," Raiden said as Iona and him collapsed onto the couch right after with a glass of wine in their hands. The two had initially wanted to discuss the ongoing conundrum when things took a turn for the romantic after she had emerged nude from Sakura's shape.
The TV was on but no one paid any attention to it. Iona curled against him as he wound his fingers through her hair. "Baby, you're losing focus again. You were suppose to tell me what's your next move. Remember?"
"Right, of course. That's more important for the time being. Yes." His eyes trailed down her toned legs as he took another sip. Iona was dressed in only a light grey long-sleeved button-down shirt and the hem of it laid conveniently just below her hips.
Iona snapped her fingers. "Baby! This is important. It doesn't sound good to me. You should probably get Elizabeth to start on the PIs."
"Mmm, of course."
She rolled her eyes, stood up and headed for the bedroom. When she returned, this time dressed in a loose-fitting black T-shirt and sweatpants, Raiden continued smiling. Who was he kidding? Iona had the physical beauty to make a garbage bag look sexy. However, her look this time signaled that she was intent on helping to sort out the issue at hand - which, if left unattended, could lead to one heck of a mess.
Midway through looking at listings of private investigators for Elizabeth, Iona paused and sat straight up in her chair, her face lit.
"Problem, honey?"
"No. Not a problem. In fact, I just had an amazing idea. Get dressed, we're heading to your office for a bit of a snoop."
Raiden could only stare at her perplexed.

As a known workaholic, the guards were more or less used to Raiden checking in at odd hours - heck, they'd be surprise if he didn't do so every now and then. Iona, on the other hand, was bound to raise a few eyebrows.
"Pulling another late one, sir?" One of the guards asked as he slid his access card through to call for the elevator.
"Yeah, quite a fair bit of catching up to do. Plus, word must have gotten around about the so-called merger. You heard of that?"
"Mm-hmm. How's that coming along?"
"Well, that's why I'm here now. Gotta' sort out some major paperwork. You'd understand, right?"
"Definitely, sir. However, about the dog..."
Sakura looked up at the guard and tried on her best impression of the 'sad puppy dog' face. He smiled but turned back to Raiden.
"Sir, you know about our building's policy with animals."
"C'mon, man. It's half past eleven in the middle of the night. I guarantee she'll be on her best behavior, alright? I did try my best, you know. Tried to sneak past her while she was dozing but as soon as she heard my footsteps, she was all over me, whimpering and stuff."
The guard let out a sigh, looked around for the others and when he saw none, said "... alright, okay. But she makes a mess or whatever, I'm not responsible, got it?"
"Sir, yes, sir!"
"Okay, then. Have a goodnight, sir."
Iona decided to stay in canine form until Raiden found her a spot to safely change, away from the view of CCTV cameras littered across the office. As soon as he shut the door to his office, Sakura's limbs began to elongate as her entire body contorted. Sounds of her flesh sliding, joints popping, whines and moans filled the room.
