Being solitary can become old very quickly. Some endure it, others despise it, and some, some just don't mind it. Me? I just don't mind. I don't care that people won't come near me thinking something might attack them. I don't care that people ignore me in hopes of steering clear of me. I like the silence.

I was ready for my silence in senior year, but it never came. Instead came the weirdness of two, the arrogance of one, and the funny love story of a lifetime.
