"That's better," I said quietly, whispering now in the close proximity. Leaning forward, I inched my face closer to his until our lips were less than an inch apart. My eyes darted between his eyes and his lips, his now focused on my mouth. After a moment's hesitation, he shifted forward and pressed his full lips against mine, holding himself there. I felt him shuffle around where he sat for a second before he slowly slid his free hand up the side of my neck, resting it along the crook behind my ear and in my hair.

Pulling back for a half a second, I made eye contact with him before closing the gap again, capturing his lower lip in mine, pulling on it slightly before releasing it and reconnecting our mouths. He groaned a bit, seeming to enjoy what I was doing. His fingers felt soft on the side of my face, gently holding it to his own. He kissed me slowly, carefully, as if afraid he would do something wrong and make me stop. Little did he know, there was close to nothing he could do to make me want to quit kissing him.

I had never been kissed like he kissed me, despite how little experience he had at it. Every kiss he gave me could be felt down to my bones, shaking me to my very core. As our lips continued to mold against each others, my free hand, which had simply been resting in my lap, traveled up his chest, feeling the surprisingly firm muscles there. After pausing for a few seconds, it moved up his neck, feeling the soft skin that covered the tendons and muscles and into his hair. His beautiful hair, which was much softer than I ever would have guessed, and was slightly ruffled from the day's wear and tear. Once I had a feel for it, there was no stopping me. I gripped the back of his head, hopelessly messing up the hair on the back.

The pace of our kiss, which had started out excruciatingly and deliciously slow, started to pick up speed, my short exploration of his body waking mine up. Our lips, which before had softly been massaging one another's, parted to allow my tongue to run across his lower lip. A soft groan rumbled up his throat as I pulled my other hand from his, placing it gently on my thigh, something he surely never would have done on his own. Now that both of my hands were free, I used them both to reach up and explore his neck, shoulders, and hair more thoroughly.

As I ran my hands down around his shoulders, I felt the muscles strain as his hand on my face slipped slightly down to around my neck. His hand on my thigh, however, lay exactly where I had put it, not moving at all, as if terrified of touching me. Hoping to encourage him, I slid my hands back up from around his shoulders, feeling his neck before settling to frame his face, fingers flexing in his hair as I continued to kiss him. My tongue slipped into his mouth again, but this time he met it with his own, earning a slight moan from me.

The heat building between us was undeniable. With little second thought, I pushed myself up slightly, still holding his face, his hands still on my neck and thigh. For a few seconds, raised up on my knees, I was a little taller than him. Our lips pulled apart as he looked up at me, nerves clear on his flushed face. From my kneeling position, I finally removed my hands from his face to push his left shoulder back to the couch so he was facing forward again.

He obeyed my actions, breath coming in extremely unsteady breaths, eyes never leaving my face. After he leaned back, I swung my right leg across his lap and sat back down, leaning on his thighs and straddling him, knees placed on either side of his hips.

"Is this okay?" I asked quietly, returning my hands to their place on his neck, looking him in the eye. He looked extremely nervous, swallowing quickly before nodding slowly at me, eyes searching my own. I smiled before biting my lip and leaning back in to kiss him once more. Our lips worked against each other's a while longer, his tongue burning against my own before I realized he had his hands, yet again, resting on his sides. I pulled back slightly before whispering, "Harry."
