"Sure..." I said
He cheered and we headed to the best restaurant in the town.
At the restaurant, there was a person waiting a few feet ahead. She asked
"How many people?"
I replied firmly
"Four people"
With a big smile, she brought us to a table with four seats. We all sat down and she asked
"What would you guys like to drink?"
"Uhh.. I'll get water" Tom said
She wrote it down
"I'll get tea" I said
She wrote it down
"I'll get orange juice" Ashley said
She wrote it down
"Hehe I'll get vodka" John said
Ashley glared at him and Tom and I laughed.
She wrote it down.
"Okay. I'll be right back with your drinks" She said cheerfully.
It was very quiet. It was nerve-wracking.
"So. How's everyone's day?" I asked to break the silence.
"It's great!" Said Tom
"It's good" said John
"It's pretty good" said Ashley
"How was your day?" Tom asked before anyone else.
"It's amazing" I replied
We saw the waiter coming back with the drinks.
"Here's the orange juice-" She said while putting the juice in front of Ashley.
"Here's the water-" She said putting the water in front of Tom.
"Here's the tea-" She said putting the tea in front of me.
"And the vodka" She said while winking and putting the alcohol in front of John.
"Oh ya this trip is going to be great!" John said while piping open the bottle.
We all laughed including the waiter.
"So have you decided on what to eat?" She politely asked
We all scrambled for a menu.
"Just call me over when your ready." She said while leaving our table with a smile.
I looked through the whole menu and decided to get a salmon dinner and to raspberry juice.
"So what are you getting?" Tom asked me
"The salmon dinner and raspberry juice." I replied
He looked at what I was getting and said
"ohh that looks delicious!"
I giggled and said
"What are you getting?"
" I'm getting a steak dinner!" He said
"With Dr. Pepper to drink" he added
"What are you guys getting?" I asked
"I might get the first rice meal on here with more orange juice" Ashley said
"I'm getting the salad meal with ice tea" John said
"What about desert?" Tom asked
"Ohh I heard the German chocolate cake is good! Wanna try it?" I suggested
