estelle dragged herself off of the floor when she heard the door knock. she was dressed in an oversized t-shirt and fluffy socks but she didn't care, whoever was at her door this late would have to deal with her appearance.
she opened the door hesitantly and when she saw who it was she tried to slam it immediately. though, she was unsuccessful because the unwanted visitor jammed their foot in the door frame to stop her closing the door.
"este, i know im probably the last person you want here right now."
"you'd be correct." she frowned, letting go of the door. "matt i-"
"i have to apologise. i've gotta tell you how sorry i am for ignoring you, it was so stupid - i was so stupid." matt said sincerely, before holding out a pizza box with a small smile on his face. "i bought pizza to sweeten the deal?" he raised his eyebrows and shook the pizza slightly. estelle pretended to think over his apology, before cracking a smile a letting matt in.
"im only forgiving you because you brought pizza." she warned as he pulled her into his side, laughing.
