( KNIGHT BUS )

HARRY WAS WALKING quickly down the street, dragging his suitcase behind him. He had finally had enough of the Dursley's and walked out, that's only after blowing up his aunt. Not in the explosive way, but in the inflating way.

The street was quiet and empty, almost eerie. The surroundings were damp from the rain that had come previously. The wheels of the trunk sounded loud against the silent night. All of the sudden a red 1971 Impala drove by. It was going by slowly and the top was down, revealing two girls, the driver had brown hair and the girl in the passenger seat had blonde. The driver looked older than the blonde, maybe by a few years.

They were both two normal girls, but as they drove by Harry, the blonde girl stood out to him. She was different.

He watched as her hair blew in the wind, she looked carefree and happy. The music playing in the car was loud enough for Harry to hear, it was a muggle song that he couldn't remember the name of. Though, he had heard it on Dudley's radio one time.

She was singing along loudly to the song, making her friend laugh. Harry was fascinated with the blonde, he couldn't help but stare as she looked at him and smiled. Harry felt himself blush, but then he quickly shook his head ― remembering his reason for being outside.

Harry continued to walk further with his head down, trying not to look at the girl. It also helped him not trip and embarrass himself in front of her.

A few minutes past and as much as Harry attempted to keep his head down, he couldn't help but look up as the Impala halted to a stop. He watched in curiosity as the blonde girl hopped out of the car and waved to her friend as the car drove away.

The blonde girl started to walk a bit, until she stopped in place and spun around ― looking straight at Harry. Harry realized that he had been caught staring and he quickly averted his eyes, focusing on the pavement as he walked down the road.

The girl laughed slightly and then started to walk up to Harry, "Hi!" Her friendly voice startling Harry a bit, "I'm Angelika, have we met before?"

Harry looked up, getting a better look at Angelika. She looked familiar, but he couldn't pin where he'd seen her before and vise versa. "Um, no, I don't think so." Harry answered with uncertainty.

Angelika tilted her head and squinted her eyes, trying to remember why he looked so familiar to her. Her eyes scanned Harry, from his untidy black hair to his bright emerald green eyes. Angelika's ocean eyes caught the glimpse of a scar on Harry's forehead and then knew exactly why he looked familiar.

Her lips curved upwards as she dug into her bag pocket and pulled out a pack of Bubble Yum gum. "Gum?"

Harry furrowed his brows at the familiarity of her question. His gaze traveled down to a necklace she was wearing. The small pendant around a gold chain had caught the light and was reflecting against Harry's pale skin. His eyes widened with remembrance and recognition, and his mouth opened in shock.

Angelika giggled at Harry's expression, "Didn't think you'd see me again did you?" She pondered jokingly.

Harry shook off his initial shock and smiled, "Not really, honestly." Angelika titled her head in confusion and Harry's eyebrows rose, "Not that I didn't want to see you, because I did. But not it a weird way, we were friends and — well I thought we were friends, but it's fine if you didn't think—"
