11. Feeling the same

Taeyeon pulled her hands away from Tiffany.

"If you dont love or like me back.." Taeyeon looked down and sighed "its okay. Just tell me."

Tiffany sat there in silence before lifting Taeyeon's head and looked directly in her eyes again.

"Taeyeon-ah" Tiffany smiled, her eyes wet.

"You know," she imitated Taeyeon's first words before confessing her feelings. "I've been seeing you."

"What?" Taeyeon asked in confusion

"I saw you looking at me sometimes. And with that, I started to watch you too." Tiffany held Taeyeon's hands again

"I thought, 'that kid looks cute' 'Is she looking at me?' 'What is she doing?'" Tiffany smiled. "I've been observing your actions too. I've seen you laugh, smile, I saw you trip over a chair and Sunny laughed at you." The two girls laughed

"There's this one time that I saw you help a student that was being bullied. You literally stood up for her and scared the bullies away." Tiffany squinted her eyes remembering the day somebody bullied Irene "how is that even possible? You're small and-"

"Yah!" Taeyeon playfully slapped Tiffany's shoulder

Tiffany laughed "I was just joking Taetae. What I want to say is that, you're so brave. You look big when you did that." She paused

"Well not literally big" Tiffany laughed when Taeyeon glared at her, "I mean you look a million times stronger than those boys." Taeyeon smiled

"Taeyeon-ah" she squeezed Tiffany's hands "the day that I first laid my eyes on you... I started to admire you too."

"You got this...something...it's like a trap." Tiffany laughed at her words. "It's like, when someone looks at you for a long time, they get trapped. And there's no escape."

"Fany-ah-"

"I want to talk to you too. But I dont know how. Jessica keeps on pushing me but I cant." Tiffany did a cute sad expression "and when you approached me on the library.." the two smiled remembering the moment

"I was so happy. It's really hard not to show my excitement but thank heavens I can hold it in" She smiled

"When we started talking, everything changed. I became happier. Jessica said so too." Taeyeon smiled at Tiffany's confession "You completed my days, you make me so freaking happy."

Tiffany pinched Taeyeon's cheeks "plus I looooove your ahjumma laugh" Taeyeon shook her head from embarrasment

"So... I started falling for you too." Tiffany blushed "thank you for everything. I appreciate every single thing that you do for me."

"I like you.." she shook her head "no no..."

Taeyeon tilted her head in confusion and disappointment

"I love you too, Taetae."

Taeyeon sat there frozen. Not single move.

"Hello?" Tiffany waved her hand to Taeyeon's face "Taeyeon? Are you there?"

Taeyeon blinked fast and got her conciousness back "ah I thought I lost you" Tiffany joked

"Is this real?" Taeyeon asked in confusion

"What?"

"You...love me too?" Tiffany smiled and nodded

"Really?" Tiffany nodded again

"Oh my god!!" Taeyeon stood up and jumped around "she loves me too!!"

Tiffany laughed and stopped Taeyeon from jumping then gestured her to sit down again.

"I love you." Taeyeon said.

Tiffany moved her face close to Taeyeon's while looking directly in her eyes,
"I love you too" she saw Taeyeon looked down on her lips.

Tiffany leaned in and her lips met Taeyeon's.

Time has frozen.

Their hearts beating in chorus again.

Wild.

The feeling is ethereal.

That night was so perfect. But it's getting late so Taeyeon has to go.

When Taeyeon left Tiffany's house, Tiffany opened the plastic bag and looked at the contents then texted Taeyeon

"The chocolates melted ㅠㅡㅠ"

Tiffany immidiately put the chocolates on their fridge right after she pressed send.

She heared her phone vibrated, already knowing who texted her

"I honestly forgot about that too ㅋㅋ
Btw, I just got home Fany-ah ^^"

"Good to know ^^ thanks for today.. that was MAGICAL." Tiffany smiled remembering the confession

"I know right~ can we sleep now? I'm exhausted ㅠㅠ"

"Of course ^^ good night, my Taeyeon ♡"

Taeyeon smiled when she read the reply

"Good night princess~ I love you >///<" Taeyeon pressed send then held her phone tight on her chest before closing her eyes, smiling

Tiffany smiled at the shy emoticon and replied

"I love you too ♡"

They both fell asleep smiling, again.
