I stood in a corner while all of the girls danced. It's just the beginning of the dance though.... it was the day after me and dippers date... the day of the final decision. Well it's really not the beginning.... The girls came down here super early to get the feeling right I guess... Dipper came down with a bow on blushing just a bit. I smiled and waved
"Dipper..." I called over the music he looked at me a bit shocked and walked over
"Y/n... You look a-amazing..." He said looking the other way. I couldn't stop the smile that was growing on my lips and with that came a blush. He's acting different... Definitely not like yesterday
"Thanks dipper... You don't look to bad yourself..." I said with a giggle. he smiled
"Do you want to dance." He asked holding out his hand, he looked a bit nervous but I just couldn't say anything really. No one ever asks me to dance. I nodded and took his hand. He looked over at soos and nodded. A slower song came on and I giggled. Dipper smiled at me. He may be cheesy but it was cute... Who wouldn't fall for him. No one else was on the floor it was now just me and dipper dancing. By the time the song ended all the girls including soos where cheering and laughing. The music went back to pop and all the girls ran to get a spot on the dance floor.... I don't know... I really don't know why they ran but they did! Because it's Mabel.. I was snapped out of my thoughts by dipper squeezing my hand. He still looked a bit nervous but just a little less I guess.
"Can I talk to you?" He asked as I nodded. He pulled me to the side and let go of my hands before clearing his throat. Oh my lord... What's he getting at...
"So... Umm... You know how yesterday things were different than before?" I nodded
"And you know how much that meant to me?" I nodded
"I just wanted to say... Willyoubemygirlfriend" he asked quickly shutting his eyes with a sigh. I looked at him confused
"You might want to try speaking slower..." I said with a giggle. He sighed
"Will you be my girlfriend..." He said. What? He said that? It's just everything is just moving so fast but you know man what the heck? I like him he likes me so hey... I think he's getting nervous because I haven't answered him and he has a scared look on his face. A mixture of getting a hot pan on his face and wanting to die. so he continues
"I understand but r-" I cut him off by grabbing his collar and bringing him down to my level before kissing him a little rough. He only smiled and kissed back wrapping his arms around my waist. The night went by in a blur and the next thing I remember was zombies?! Wait... I'm prepared for this... Aren't I? Then why am I so nervous?! What if he gets hurt.
"Dipper!" Cried Mabel as one of them grabbed his foot. I grabbed his arm and pulled both of us falling to the ground. We ran for it. My house. If we could just reach my house everything would be okay. We got to my room I grabbed the bat I had and threw dipper a lamp. Mabel had her grappling hook! We were ready... There were zombies everywhere! Soos was gone.... We need to reverse this.... I was hit in the back of the head with what I can only assume to be a brick.
