I told my friend what happened with Mike.
She said that the same thing with her best friend’s brother, except worse.
I told her that I felt really bad for her friend, but didn’t know what I was going to do about Mike, and that I had been really down in the dumps lately.
She told me that we’d get through it together and that she was making bracelets and asked if I wanted one, they were a dollar each but she’d give one to me for fifty cents. She had to cover the cost of making them.
She wondered why I didn’t respond.
