A woman stands in the kitchen with a book pretending to ignore reality as she lies to her daughter about where she came from, who she is , boxing her in so no one can rescue her. "Be great full",she says, "she was selfish and he's bad news, I'm only trying to protect you." The girl scowls at the woman, "you don't know either , so you can't talk", but the woman goes on sneering and jeering as the girl whimpers and cries but everyone's gone;no one will hear.
