"Huh?" I was on the phone with james.
"Project Alami. We get the whole story. I think someone is lying." He said. He breathes deep into the phone.
"You seem tense. Go relax. Talk to you later" I said. I hung up before he could protest.
I lay on my bed.
My life was complete Hell.
I was an ex dead princess. My mate was in all my classes and didn't even know my name. He had killed my mom and me and my bestfriend were gonna die this Saturday.
"Ethi?" Willow knocked on my bedroom door. My heart broke at her voice.
Shes gonna die because of you.
I opened the door pulling her into a hug.
"Jesus Ethi, whats wrong with you?" She asks giggling.
"Oh god, Im gonna miss you" I whisper. She brakes the hug. The tears brim my eyes.
"Whats wrong with you, ethi. Are you okay? I havent seen you cry since...ya know" she said. She was talking about my mom. Dying of heart failure.
"Nothing. Im just gonna miss ya, dork" i said hugging her once more.
"I love ya too Ethi" She laughed. She sat me on the bed.
"So good news. I will be going to college." She squealed shoving me the acceptance later.
Pain hit me like a brick and soon guilt washed over me.
She's gonna die.
