"Mia, I love you."
I pause, in shock. I mean, I knew it but he really said it out loud.
"And even if you don't love me back, I'm still gonna have this feeling... Here on my chest." He puts his hands over his chest. "The same feeling I felt when I saw you at the mall, sitting right there, wearing ripped jeans. The same feeling I feel everytime we look at each other, even though it looks like we're strangers but you know that is not true. And seeing you here, with this stunning dress, it makes me think why am I so dumb? I could have been the lucky guy who could be standing here today, smiling at you, watching as you walk into the church, I could've been the guy that your father's gonna give your hand to, but I threw it away. I know I don't deserve it but please, can you give me just one more chance? Love me again, Mia."
I stare at him, in silence. Everyone has already left, it's just me and him.
"How could I love you again..."
His expression turns sad. I smile.
"...If I never stopped loving you for one second in my life?"
Jack hugs me tightly, caressing my back.
"But what about Alex?"
"He'll understand, specially because you're his father. Alex is a smart kid." We both smile.
"So are you two back together?" Sammy, Nate, Gilinsky and Madison appears, showing that they were hiding.
"You guys were peeping!" I say and we all laugh.
"Well, we can still have a wedding today." Jack G says and turns around to Madison, getting on his knee. "Madison Elle Beer, would you marry me?"
I literally freak out for her. She is in shock and tears rolls down her face. Madison always have been a very emotional person.
"C'MON DUMB B.ITCH, SAY SOMETHING!" I literally yell at her.
She wakes up and nods.
"Yes, yes yes yes, a thousand times YES!"
They both kiss.
"You wouldn't mind, would you Mia?" Gilinsky asks.
"Of course not!"
"We'll pay you for the party and everything else later!" Madison says, excited.
So that's how it goes. Madison wears my wedding dress and I wear the pearly rose long dress she had on.
Their wedding was really beautiful.
Me and Johnson were together every second of it. Soon, Alex joined us.
"Mommy... Is he really my father?" He asks, sadly.
Me and Jack look at each other.
"Yes, honey, he is." I say.
"Then... Why did he ruined your prom night mommy? I don't understand, you're not supposed to hurt the ones you love."
I was going to say something but Jack interrupt me.
"Don't worry, I got this." He gets on his knee and face Alex. "Look buddy. Sometimes in life we make mistakes. Some of them are little, and you can try again tomorrow. Others are big and can take years for you to forgive yourself and be forgiven by others. But part of being a human is learning from every single one of them, the smallest mistake to the biggest. When you love someone, you always try your best to never hurt them. I loved your mom and I hurted her, it was a mistake, but now I've learned my lesson and for sure, I'm still going to make more and more mistakes in my life. It's just that this time, I'm gonna try harder not to make them. I just need one more chance to make things better. Mia, do you forgive me?"
He looks up at me.
"Yes, Jack."
"Alex, do you forgive me?"
The kid cross his arms.
"Okay, dad..."
They hug each other and I can see a tear rolling down Jack's face.
"I saw it, big boy." I say, smiling.
"You saw nothing." He clears the tear with his hand.
Alex runs towards my dad, leaving me and Jack alone.
"So, what now?" I put my arms around his neck and he puts his hands around my waist.
"Now it's all gonna be different."
"Hopefully..."
Jack pulls me into a kiss.

Honestly, I'm REALLY not ready to finish this book. It's been an amazing journey. Every time I see your comments I get more and more excited to continue the book, but unfortunately everything has to come to an end. :(
