Chapter One (unedited)

It was a catastrophic nightmare

Being submerged in a sea of people I mean

Stuck in a pitch black box- trying to understand why or what am I doing here

but now as I sat under the gaze of the stars that laid above me, Leaning against wall where my ears danced at the The beat of the music. It wasn't loud nor was I interrupted by boisterous and exuberant people who raved below me. Their laughter's were heard but I didn't mind, in fact I welcomed their energy as I stayed silent and alone. Pretty much Penny and Aries are down below probably grinding against older college guys, or maybe Peter was down doing a keg-stand or in a room with a pretty lady. I don't know, but I could tell with the lack of messages of my absence, They were experiencing an enjoyment to forget about the birthday girl.

For a second, a laugh escaped my mouth. Finding myself in a position of being left out in my own birthday. I'm starting to believe that they dragged me here because of this so called famous party people have been talking about that had been too hard too resist, that they dragged me here because they didn't want to skip out. They even knew I didn't do parties.....

But then I didn't complain as they dragged me out of my pj's  because I would have been a party popper and pretty much that would suck

It has been two hours after a never ending maze of this mansion and I had finally find a good place to wait and enjoy but still as I watch  the time on my phone, I began to grow anxious of how my roomate would react of my sudden disappearance. This was never a part of my plan nor ever thought my first  frat party would be sitting in a roof where I could see teenagers screaming their lungs out and the splashing of waters when someone would jump on the pool. I guess socializing has never been my forte

After minutes of watching, It was then I heard a soft rustle. A groan of a deep voice as the door began to creak open. My body began to bubble in anxiousness, not ready to face couples who may use the room I used to get out of the window beside me. For all I know, I may be trapped here until this couple would finish their pleasure and I guess that would take too much time.  And hell would I stay here to hear everything...

But as I stood, ready to  interrupt their time, My foot suddenly slipped. Slipping as my  body hit the tiled roof in without grace. My scream even sounded like a dying bear but luckily was able to hold my body before I could fall below where the pool was open for any invitations

"Jesus" I rasp out and felt dread when the shadow grew bigger behind the window. The pain on my ankle forgotten as I thought that maybe letting go and into the pool wouldn't been a bad idea then being seen stupid, dangling on someones roof

But then again I would have been seen stupid If I would have suddenly fall out of the sky with a bunch of collage people watching.....

"What the fuck?" Suddenly the window slid open, the color of ebony hair popped out as a set of blue oceanic eyes watched me in confusion and All I could do was give a timid smile and an awkward wave

"I- uhh" I couldn't speak. My brain stopped the moment those alluring eyes laid against mine, watching me as if I was slightly deformed and crazy to even be in a roof. He wore a dress shirt, it didn't look like he was for a frat party. It looked more like he came from a formal one. His broad shoulders wide and very lean. His slightly crooked nose told me it wasn't like that before and as my eyes landed on his lips, I could tell woman had enjoyed the luxury of experiencing those luscious plump. With a hot guy watching me as I remained speechless only made things more awkward when his eyes scanned my face until it  trailed downwards where my cleavage was squished tightly in a very low cut dress that was owned by Aries.  It was a relief that the darkness refrained him from seeing my reddened face as I tried to crawl my way up back to the roof but what made things more embarrassing was when he didn't avert his eyes on my face
