When we get to Waffle House, we go in. "Oh my God! Leeyah," I hear a familiar voice yell. I turn to my right and see my friends Maci and Avery. They rush over to me. Maci finally notices Josh and says while frowning ,"Oh hey Josh." "Uh Hey Maci," Josh replies nervously. Maci smirks and Avery asks ,"Are u here with Leeyah?" Josh scratches the back of his neck and says, "Uh yeah I am actually. We got back together last night." Maci purses her lips and glares. Maci turns her glare to me and says,"Oh. Leeyah can Avery and I talk to you in the bathroom?" I look away nervously. "Um ok," I reply nervously. Maci grabs my wrist harshly and drags me to the bathroom with Avery following close behind. "What the hell are u thinking," Maci screeches. I look at Avery scared. "What are you talking about?" I ask annoyed. She scoffs and replies, "Josh! Why did you take him back?! Dump his ass now!" "No I will not," I screech. Avery speaks up and says,"Mace it's Leeyah's choice who she goes out with not yours." Maci's face softens and she says,"I guess you're right. Sorry Lee." I hug her and reply,"It's ok. Now, lets go eat." We all leave the bathroom to go and find Josh. When we find Josh he says, "Hey babe lets go get a table." I nod and Josh tows me to a table for 2. Maci and Avery sit 2 tables down from us. A waitress comes over to our table and asks,"Hey guys! What can I get u guys to drink?" "Um a chocolate latte for her and a water for me please," Josh replies sweetly. She nods and leaves to get our drinks. A few minutes later, she comes back with our drinks and asks,"Are you guys ready to order?" "Yes ma'am. Blueberry chocolate chip waffles with extra butter, a side of strawberries, bacon, Texas French toast. Thats for both of us," Josh says sweetly. She writes it all down and leaves to get our food. About 10 minutes later she comes back with our food,"If there's anything else you need let me know." "Yes ma'am. Thank you," I reply sweetly. Josh and I start eating. I was about to eat a piece of bacon when Josh says,"Babe." I look up and say questioningly,"Yeah?" "Open," he replies. I open my mouth Josh plops a strawberry in it. I eat it and giggle. "I really missed your laugh," Josh says looking at me. I blush and say, "Aww I missed your laugh too." After we get done eating, Josh gets me a chocolate latte to go. "Ok, you ready to go," he asks. I nod. Josh and I head to the school. When we get to the school, we're still a little early. I get out and start to walk into the school. Josh grabs me, picks me up, and carries me back to his truck. He sits me on the drivers side facing him, wraps my legs around his waist, and gently kisses me. I smile into the kiss, he slowly wraps his arms around my waist, and pulls me closer. He starts to deepen the kiss. He grabs my waist and gently squeezes it. I slowly wrap my arms around his neck. Josh slowly pulls away. He pecks my lips again and kisses my nose. "Do you wanna spend the night tonight," he asks. I nod and peck his lips. The bell for first period rings and we head to our first period.
