Mentally healthy means a big step towards good health. Large amount of population is suffring with mental illness. So, here are some suggestions about
"HOW TO BE MENTALLY HEALTHY"

1- Take proper sleep (about 7 hours)
2-Always think positive.
3-Learn from your mistakes.
4-Exercise daily .
(like yoga, dance , aerobics)
5-Drink atleast 2-3 lit water every dat.
6-Do not complicate your life unnecessarly.
7-Take out some for yourself every day.
8-share your problems .
9-Listen music .
10-Set daily goals .
