My experience about intermediate fasting.
I am doing it for a while now.
And i lost 2 kg very fast with any workout.I think everyone know whats intermediate fasting is. But in case anyone don't know I am living you brief.
Its basically just change in eating time
We can only eat in a specific eating window of 8 hours and 16 hours fasting.During this 16 hours u can drink stuff
(Not alcohol or high calorie drinks....)
Any thing you consume should be below 50 cal.And during 8 hours window you can eat but not oily, fried, refined or sugary stuff.
How i manage my eating time and post dinner craving?
◆ My eating window is 10 A.M to 6 P.M (this suits me the most).
◆ I eat 3 meals a day.
◆ Drink almost 3 liter of water.
◆ For dinner I always eat some protein rich meal so I don't feel hungry.
(I sometimes feel hungry when I stay up late , n late here means like 2 A.M or 3AM but other than that it's no problem)⚠️I'm not professional but this works for me. You can give it a try plus it's not that difficult.
