Nari's POV

I felt Soonyoung's hand move in my hand. I look up to check on him.

He's been out for a week straight. I'm worried sick for him. It's a relief that Seventeen are in hiatus. A rest hiatus that just started after a long hard year they had.

"Oppa?" I smile and wait for him to adjust his blur sight after a week in this ward.

He confusedly look around the ward he is in. Then his eyes land on me. I smile softly to him.

"Are you feeling better?" I ask him nicely and hold his hands tightly while waiting for his answer.

He look at my hands that is holding his. He furrow his eyebrows.

"Who are you?"

My smile drop down. My grip on his hands loosen.

'He must be pretending.'

"Ah Oppa. Stop playing around. This is not funny." I chuckle and hold his hand. He frown and pull his hand out of my grip.

"I'm not joking. I'm serious. Who are you really? Where's my parents?" He ask me again staring hard.

Somehow the looks in his eyes are telling he is really not joking around. I lost my smile again.

I hold my tears in and hold his hands again with hope. I don't care, I don't mind if he is joking. All I want to know is he knows me.

"I'm Yoon Nari, your wife, Oppa. Don't you remember me?"

I wipe my tears before it escape my from eyes when he shook his head to me. I let go of his hand and stand up to meet with his doctor.

"What do you mean he can't remember me?" I can hear my heart thump fast nervous with the news that I will be hearing.

"Like this, Mrs Kwon, Mr. Kwon is having an amnesia. The hit he got on his head when he had the accident was pretty hard that makes him lose his memories." Dr. Jin said to me.

"But he remembers his career, his group's choreography, his members, family even with details. But why he can't remember me?" My tears are threatening to fall.

"From my own experience, If someone had an injury in their head usually, they will lose their memories with the most important person or things in their life. In this case, I assume he lose his memories with you which means you are one of his top priority and you're his wife right? Then he must be really loves you." The doctor explained with more details making my legs lost its strength.

I put my body against the wall to support myself as I close my eyes to process all the his doctor said to me. My breath hutch everytime.

"C-can my husband be heal? For how long? Is it possible? Just tell me how and how much. I'll pay it all." I desperately hold the doctor's hand.

The doctor sigh.

"Its hard for me to jump into conclusion, but from my theory, your husband can be heal. We just don't know for how long. The shortest time a person can remember was two weeks. For Mr. Kwon, I think maybe for two months. But we don't know if it's really takes two months. It can be three months, six months, a year or ten years." Dr. Jin make me froze with his more detailed explanation.

"But how?" I lifelessly ask the tall male doctor.

"You should often show him things you both done before. Such as bring him to your favourite places. Your signature place? Songs? Everything that can make him remind of you. He needs you to support him. You have to be strong and patient."

"I understand. Thank you so much Doctor." I said in a weak voice. The doctor smile and make his way to another part of the hospital.

I take a couple of deep breaths. I put my hand on chest and hum.

"Yoon Nari, you need to be strong. Soonyoung needs you."

I wipe my tears off my cheeks and try to smile for Soonyoung before entering his ward back.
