Hunger Game Franchise

First of all I read all the books before I watched a single movie. The movies were out at the time and my friends loved the franchise, so I wouldn't be left out, I read the books. Shortly after finishing Mockingjay, the Catching Fire movie came out. I watched Hunger Games then Catching Fire. I watched them both and was shocked that it was amazingly similar to the book.

Of course in Hunger games they didn't let the mutant dogs look similar to the dead tributes, and fox face didn't show up as much, and ButterCup was a black cat but fans were outraged and demanded for a change in the cat which they changed in catching fire to rightful orange/yellow color fur that gave butter cup her name.

I was glad with the movies they did very well. Rarely any differences from the books and I was glad.

But I always say to read the book first bc it goes more in depth and gives a deeper understanding of the series' timeline.
