Letitia POV
Finally Hybrid got his day-off. After all these games, all these exhausting moments, we finally were able to spend a whole day together. Just us two. Nobody else.
San Francisco was big and you could do so much. Like, I wanted to see the Golden Gate Bridge, the Lombard Street, the Transamerica Pyramid and so much more, but all we did was laying in our hotel room. But what did we expect to do when we finally had a day-off?
I rolled down from Hybrid and giggled: "Maybe we should go outside today? It is already nearly 3 pm. And I am starting to get hungry."
"Same to be honest", my boyfriend grinned: "But then I look at you and I can't resist."He pulled me up to his face and gave me a long and soft kiss. Even though we shared about a million kisses already, every time he kissed me again, felt special once more. I would never get enough of him.
"If we are not gonna do some sight-seeing today, then at least give me some food", I showed him my tongue and sat up, so he couldn't kiss me anymore. Cause whenever we started kissing like that, it was only going in one direction and at that point I actually wanted to see some daylight.
Hybrid rolled his eyes, but still smiled at me: "Okay. I heard from some other teams that there is a good Asian restaurant about 10 minutes per foot away."
"Asian like sushi and maki?", I made wide eyes.
"Yes, like that."
I immediately jumped out of the bed and searched for something to wear: "Get ready, babe."
Hybrid sighed and let out a little laugh: "Maybe we should take a shower before leaving? Maybe together so we are faster?"
I turned my head to him and raised an eyebrow: "Of course. Showering."
He made his way out of our bed too and took my hands: "Yeah, showering. We want to smell good in the streets of San Francisco, don't we?"
"Do we?", I grinned as he pulled me inside the bathroom. Our shower wasn't really huge, cause it was just a tiny hotel-room, but it was enough for us two. Not that we needed much space anyway.
After we – let's just say – showered, we made our way to that Asian restaurant. The air was pretty warm and soft, I really liked that feeling. It felt so good. I felt so good around here.
I looked at my boyfriend and took his hand. His face looked so calm and relieved. The last days really got him, so I guess all he needed was some time in our bed. Sight-seeing would have probably even made him more tired than he already was. And I didn't want him to fall ill too, now that he was finally living his dream. Playing at Worlds.
A little smile came across his lips: "Why are you starting at me, Lea?"
I giggled. Of course he realized that I was looking at him: "Cause you are so damn cute."
"I am not cute", Hybrid laughed: "Are we starting this one again? Also I am so having a bad hair day today."
"No, you don't. I like your hair the way it is right now", I just couldn't stop looking at him: "I love you."
"I love you too", now he looked at me too.The restaurant was kinda big. It had many tables and even a little buffet with desserts. Everything was held in dark-brown wood, which made it look a bit mysterious. I liked it.
A waiter showed us a table and we sat down.
As soon as we ordered our meals, the door got opened and the CLG boys walked in. They had their day-off today too, so they probably just had the same idea as we did.
