"What do you mean? whats wrong with my fai-" I say but she interrupts me.
"Watch" she puts her hand to my forehead.
It's flashes to the nightmare I have had many times before...
My fake dad slowly advancing a knife in his had passing it back and forth. I can't move so I don't try to get out of his way. We walks till I can feel his cold, foul smelling breath on my neck. I realised something that I hadn't before, he whispered into my ear.
"We know who your are Flameblossom" he hisses in a very low, creepy tone.
"Yeah and so do I" I bring up enough courage to say. Then everything gose black just as her puts the knife to my neck.
"You ok?" I hear a voice say. My sholder gets shaken. I opened my eyes Dem was crouched by my side.
"I am still not awake am I" I say.
"No but thanks for waking me up" Dem said with a smile.
"Where are we?" I asked looking around. It was like we where sitting on a white void.
"Don't know really" he said
"So... You where muttering while you were asleep" I say sitting up.
"Oh.... I-It was probably nothing"
"will you come back?" I ask.
"I don't know if I can"
A hot tear climbs down my face.
"No no no don't cry..." He saids as he pulls me to my feet and into a hug.
I put my head on his sholder. I felt like I could sence his smile. One of his hands slid down and grabed my hand. I was blushing and smiling now.
Then he dose something I never expected. He sang.
"When the days are cold
And the cards all fold
And the saints we see

And the blood's run stale

I look up to see tears running down his face.
"It's okay I know that but I can take care of myself but your still a very important per- uh...... Person to me" I say holding his hand.
"Let's go back" he says.
