Job interview gone bad

Henry's pov
I sit in the man cave playing a new game I just bought on my phone. Just as I hear the elevator come down reveling Charlotte. She is so beautiful. She is wearing a blue flowy dress that goes down to her knees, dark blue high heals and her hair is pulled up into a high ponytail. She fixes her purse on her shoulder and smiles when she sees me.

"Hey hen how do I look?" Charlotte questions turning around letting me see every part of her outfit. I smile widely.

"Lookin goooooood!" I cheerfully say making her giggle. Charlotte holds both of my hands and looks me in my eyes I look into hers in return.

"Henry....I'm going on an interview with a guy named David for a new job. I'm still going to work here but I need to raise more money for my family. I'm going to an interview NOT a date." Charlotte assures me still looking into my eyes. I smile and nod in reply.

"Do I look professional enough?" Charlotte questions.

"You do Charlotte stop worrying!" I sigh and she smiles back. "Well I got to go...my interview is in 3 minuets!" She quickly says, char quickly kisses me on my cheek then walks towards the elevator and leaves looking pretty as ever. I wish I was that guy giving the interview. I think and then continue to play the game on my phone.

*charlotte's pov*

I brace myself and walk into the building where the job interview said it will be. I sit in the lobby waiting until the announcement calls my name telling me to go to the office on the right in the second hall which I do. As I enter I see a really handsome boy but not we handsome as Henry. I feel myself think with a smile and sit down looking into his eyes. He has green eyes with black hair swished to the side like Henry's, he is wearing a black suit and he has dark skin. He smiles at me and I smile back at him.

"So your name is Charlotte Bolten correct?" David asks me settling his clip board onto his lap getting ready to write stuff down. I smile and nod as a reply

"Why do you want this job....princess?" David asks me. Princess? Is he flirting with me?

"Well I wanted this job because I love to take photos and I need to help my family." I respond with a smile. I don't know why but I'm getting nervous. He's flirting with me. If Henry finds out I don't know what's going to happen.

"Sweet." He answers and writes something down and pops his lips resting down his clip board and pencil. He leans over his desk and i sit there nervously.

"Do you have a boyfriend...." He questions. Wow Dave smooth. I roll my eyes and cross my arms.

"Yes David." I answer sassily. He sighs.

"Do you love him?" He asks swirling around in his chair. "Is he good enough for you?"

"David. Stop getting in my personal life I just want to interview for the job!" I shriek making workers stop and turn them keep walking. David walks over to me with a smirk, closes the blinds to the Windows leading to the other offices and holds me in his arms bringing me down making me look into his sparkling green eyes but there weren't as special or as pretty as Henry's. Before I know it, he bends down and puts his lips on top of mine.

*henry's pov* 

I sit patiently on the man cave couch and wait for Charlotte to get back from the job interview. Ray walks in but stops when he notices me just sitting there staring at the elevator.

"What are you doing dude? Staring at the elevator?" Ray asks in a surfer dude accent. I roll my eyes and turn towards Ray.

"I'm waiting for Charlotte to get back from her interview." I say in a duh tone. Ray rolls his eyes.

"But she is working here....is she quoting!?" Ray shrieks pulling at his hair. Sometimes this man over thinks and over reacts.

"No. No calm down. She is just-" before I could finish I hear the elevator come flying down with a scream and I just know its....

"CHARLOTTE!" I shriek and laugh with joy and run over to her with a hug. She doesn't hug back. (A/n: anyone else think HENRU over reacted when Charlotte arrived? #chenry moment 😜) i looked at her with a confused gaze.

"Why no buggy?" I question. I can imagine Ray rolling his eyes in the background. She looks up in my eyes. Oh....she didn't et the job. After thinking this I bring her into a tight hug and she hugs back.

"I didn't get the job. Just because David-" but she stops herself, making Ray and I look at her with a what.

"JustBecauseDavidThoughtIWasCuteThenKissedMe!" Charlotte shrieks quickly and looks down nervously. My eyes widen. Dave kissed her... I felt like my heart broke into a thousand pieces and my smile changes into a frown.

"Oh." I say looking down. I hear Ray slap himself in the face and sighs.

"Henry I didn't mean for it to happen! Ok? He kissed me I didn't kiss back." Charlotte tries to explain holding my hands and I take my hands out of her grip.

"Are you mad at me?" She questions waiting for a replay. "I'm not mad." I start to say. When I hear her sigh in relief I continue.

"Just disappointed..." I finish with a sad face and walk out of the room into my bedroom
