*Ray/captain man's pov*
I hear my sidekick cry in pain and fall to the floor. I don't care if I let any of the criminals away.
I rushed to Henry's side and noticed his ankle was in a strange position. When I touched it, he began to cry in pain.
I just knew it was broken. This made me panic
"CLARK! CLARK I NEED ICE!" I panic as Henry holds his ankle in support trying to hold back tears.
"R-Ray, your letting them g-get away-" I hear Henry whimper trying to stand up but I don't let him. I lay him back down.
Finally the Clark came rushing back with ice and I let her rest the ice pack on Henry's ankle.
When Henry cried in pain again I stood up and typed in 911.
I fallow kid danger and the nurses towards the ambulance. "I'll be here for you Henry." I whisper into my sidekick's ear.
He sticks up his arm and brings me back down to his level.
"C-call Charlotte." I hear Henry plead just before the nurses stick a needle into his arm making him pass out.
"What the heck!" I hear myself shout as the nurses pull kid danger into the ambulance and lock the back doors.
"He was panicking too much." One of the nurses explain. I sighed in frustration and hallowed them into the front of the ambulance.
"Can I please ride with kid danger....he's my sidekick and I need to be with him!" I plead towards the nurses.
They sighed in frustration and let me into the ambulance and I climbed in back with Henry.
"It'll be okay kid." I mumble holding on to his hand, then letting go as doctors in the back start to wrap his ankle up and I sat down on a seat as they rushed to Swellvie hospital.
*Henry/kid danger's pov*
I wake up to realize I'm not in the store anymore.....but the hospital.
I look around to realize neither ray or Charlotte are in the room. Making me panic.
I felt myself start to breathe heavily as I hear the machine connected to me start to beep like crazy.
Two nurses and one doctor come rushing into the room and ran to the machine making it stop beeping.
"Calm down kid danger." The doctor tries. I felt myself start to breathe slower then back to normal.
"I-I just-" I felt myself slide more into the hospital bed.
"It's okay." Another doctor tells me coming into the room with a clip board and a rolling chair. "This always happens." He tells me making me calm down even more.
"So kid danger, tell me why are you here?" That same doctor questions as the two nurses walk out of the room.
I look in front of me and realize my foot is elevated, with a cast....
"I-I hurt my ankle on a mission." I explain.
The doctor nods his head and slides his chair to my side.
"Kid danger haven't you realized how dangerous these missions really are! I mean....you could of hurt yourself even more!" The doctor tells me.
I sighed shakily trying to hold back tears.
"I-i-" I stopped myself.
The doctor looked at me like he wanted me to go on but I couldn't.
I need Charlotte. I need Ray.
Suddenly the door swings open reveling Ray dressed as captain man panting like he just ran the mile....
"CAPTAIN MAN!" I find myself shriek with joy.
Ray sprints towards my side moving the doctor out of the way.
"Uh, captain man your not supposed to be here-" the doctor stopped. When Ray shot him a death stare.
The doctor just puts his hands up in defense and rushes out of the room.
"Hey kid..." Ray greets sitting in the doctors chair. I start to feel tears roll down my cheeks.
"H-hi Ray." I respond with a small smile threw tears. Ray scoots his chair closer and rests his hand on my shoulder.
"It's going to be okay kid-" just before Ray could finish, I heard somebody calling my name and rushing towards me. I just knew it was....
"C-Charlotte!" I Yelp weakly. I hear her rush to my side and bend down next to Ray.
"H-Henry God, how'd this happen?" Charlotte panics touching my shoulder. I jerk up a little the. Lay back down. Just before I can continue doctors and nurses come rushing into the room.
"Kid danger. We need to do surgery...." A doctor explains. More nurses come into the room shoving Ray and Charlotte out.
"N-NO! I NEED THEM!" I shout in panic. "I need them...." Then all I saw was black.
Before I did I heard a doctor say..
"Calm down. Everything will be ok...."
