It was the 5th day. Zane has been in a coma. I was getting reckless. I went to the shower and brushed my teeth. I curled my hair.
I put on a black tank top, a leather jacket over, ripped jeans, black boots, and a black headband. I put on lemon lime lip gloss and mascara.
I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked different than my colorful self. I'll just go with the flow.
I grabbed my bag and ran downstairs. Aaron wasn't up yet. I grabbed an apple from the counter and ran outside. I looked at my phone. It was 6:00. School won't open until 7:30. I had an hour and a half. Katelyn was calling for a video chat.
I sighed and declined.
Katelyn's P O V
"She's not picking up," I say to Garroth, Laurence, Lucinda, and Cadenza.
"We have to go see her some how," Laurence said.
"I have a crazy idea," Lucinda said.
"Oh no," Cadenza said.
"We're going to Falcon Claw," Lucinda said.
Aphmau's P O V
The school bell rings. I take my stuff for 1st period. My purple tail was getting annoying. I need to get rid of soon. I sat down. Dante wasn't here yet. Like I cared.
Dante came in and it seemed girls were all over him. He's just a guy with no smarts and flirts way to much.
As soon as he came to sit down next to me. I pushed the chair in another direction, so he fell.
I just smirked at the incident.
"Seems like your in a bad mood." Dante said.
"Why would you care," I asked. "Only my friends would care and I'm avoiding them,"
"Crap why did I say that out loud!" I thought to myself.
"Why would you out of all people do that," I asked.
"Maybe I'm just going though something okay!" I snapped at him.
I sighed.
"Just don't talk to me," I said.
Somebody picked me up by behind. I kicked backwards and they fell on the floor. I looked back and I saw Garroth, Lucinda, Katelyn, and Cadenza. Laurence was on the floor.
"Laurence don't ever do that again!" I yelled at him laughing a little.
"You stay away from my girl!" Dante said.
"Wait what?!" All 5 exclaimed.
"Ugh! Dante your not my boyfriend. End of story." I said disgusted.
"Aphmau we need to talk," Katelyn said.
"Well I don't want to talk," I said turning my back on her.
"Come on Aphmau do it for me," Cadenza said.
"Fine," I said.
The 6 of us walked outside the classroom door.
"You look way different then when we last saw you," Garroth said.
"What's going on?" Laurence asked.
I held back tears.
"5 days ago. Zane got hit by a car." I said.
They were all shocked.
"He hasn't waken up yet," I said.
I started to cry.
"I'm worried he won't wake up," I said between tears.
Katelyn held me close to her.
"Aphmau it's a good thing Lucinda brought us here. Lucinda can help Aphmau." Katelyn said.
"That's right, but I have one question. What's going on with those cat ears and tail?" Lucinda said.
