1. They can't be an Uchiha
2. They can't be related to any of the characters
3. They can't be a Jinchuuriki of any sort
4. They can't be a Senju
5. They can't be an Uzumaki
6. Can't be overly powerful ( like Kira )
7. Can't be hung over and full of revenge (like sasuke)
8. They can't be related
9. Can't be from the village hidden in the leaves
