Haikyuu Headcanons and One-Shots 2

Potion Class

   Nishinoya and Tanaka were known for their bromance, and so was Bokuto and Kuroo. They were more than happy when they ended up in the same house, Griffindor. God knows how many times these two pairs of bros they got in trouble but today, what happened in potion class was unintentional at all. It all started in the morning, Nishinoya and Tanaka were on their way to breakfast when they spotted an over-excited shrimp jogging towards them.

"Tanaka! Nishinoya!" Hinata called out, waving at them.

"Oh good morning Hinata!" Nishinoya waved back.

"Good morning Hinata!" Tanaka ruffled the boy's hair, "how are you doing?"

Hinata smiled at both of them, "I'm doing great, I thought I was late for class so I got ready but then turns out, I woke up early."

"Yeah," Nishinoya said, "Earlier than usual that is."

Tanaka laughed and looked around, "Where's Kageyama? Isn't he always with you?"

Hinata blushed lightly, "Not always! But I think he's still asleep. I'll go ask Yamaguchi."

As if on cue, Hinata saw Yamaguchi walking alongside the stingy, blond walking beanpole named Tsukishima Kei. Although they ended up in different houses, they managed to become friends since they entered Hogwarts together. Even though, Tsukki, Hinata, and Kageyama tend to fight and sometimes even get in trouble.

"Hey look there he is," Nishinoya said.

Hinata walked over to Yamaguchi, "Good morning Yamaguchi," he looks at Tsukki, "and Stingyshima."

"What?" Tsukki asked.

"Good morning Hinata, if you're looking for Kageyama, he's still sleeping," Yamaguchi said.

"Aw really?" Hinata sighed.

"Don't worry," Tsukki said, "I'm pretty sure you're boyfriend is coming soon"

Hinata blushed, "He's not my b-boyfriend!  Besides you're the one to talk, you and Yamaguchi are always spotted together."

This made Yamaguchi blushed, "Now now guys don't start a ruckus this early in the morning ."

Tsukki clicked his tongue, "Whatever, Let's go to breakfast Yamaguchi."

Yamaguchi nodded, "See you later," he said to all of them, before disappearing with Tsukki to breakfast.

All of their stomachs grumbled, "Okay let's just go eat," Nishinoya said as they went to eat. "

Hinata, Nishinoya, and Tanaka sat together on the same table since they were in the same house while Yamaguchi and Tsukki sat separately since Yamaguchi was in Hufflepuff and Tsukki was in Ravenclaw. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the only times Hinata saw them separate from each other and the sight of them not standing next to each other still fascinates almost everyone. Tsukki and Yamaguchi, however, seemed unfazed.

Just then, Hinata saw Kageyama walk in out of the corner of his eye. He was about towave when Kageyama quickly went and joined Yamaguchi, sitting next to him.

"Hey hey hey Nishinoya! Tanaka!" Bokuto called out to them as Kuroo waved at them.

"Hey, potion class?" Nishinoya asked.

Bokuto and Kuroo nodded, "Potion class," they said at the same time. 

They continued to walk to potion class with Kuroo and Bokuto saying "Ohohohoho" from time to time.

Nishinoya and Tanaka sat down next to each other while Kuroo and Bokuto did the same. In front of Tanaka and Nishinoya were Iwaizumi, who was in Griiffindor, and Oikawa, who was in Slytherin and in front of Bokuto and Kuroo were Suga, who was in Hufflepuff, and Daichi, who was in Griffindor.

"Ohohoho if it isn't the adorable couple," Kuroo said and Bokuto snickered. 

"Shut up," Daichi said to both of them as the professor entered the classroom.

"Today all of you are going to try and make an antidote to common poisons. Get out your textbooks, the pair who successfully brews and make the potion first will get a wit-sharpening potion from me. Good luck to all of you."

They all worked in silence until Kuroo and Bokuto started arguing about the ingredients.

"Bro it's literally right there in the book," Kuroo said, pointing at the book

"Yeah but bro-"

"Is there something wrong?" their professor asked,

"No sir, I was just-"

Suddenly there was and explosion from Nishinoya's and Tanaka's table, the potion now on both of them, Kuroo, Bokuto and, the professor. 

Nishinoya and Tanaka high-fived each other, "That was awesome!"

But the professor did not think so.

In the end, both of them got a punishment and deduction of points from Griffindor.

"Idiots," Kuroo muttered as Bokuto laughed at them.
