How can some one live if they chose to be a demon? If they chose ther path what would happen to them? What will happen if fire and ice mix?

Katana was some wher he hade fainted while walking in the woods and thers a glow of what looked to be flame he felt cold and warm at the same time
"W-what happened."
???: "I can't belive this is happing to a person."
"What who is ther?"
???: "Don't be scared I will help you." When Katana looked at him self he couldn't believe what was happening is body was half lit in flame and half frozen.
"Is this the demon path?"
???:"I gess it is sence you chose it to keep your friends safe from all the bad things even though they wher all redey safe."
"What do you mean?"
???: "Scence Aphmau is irean she could save them easily."
"So I was tricked?"
???: "Yes you wher."
"What can I do to change back to normal?"
???:"I can teach you but I will not go easy on you."
"And I will work hard."
The unknown figure stepped out of the shadows and Katana stood up imitaly it was the Lord of his clan Cracho
"My lord." Katana got down on one knee and bowed his head.
Cracho:"Wait your in my clan wher you the archer that went missing?"
"I was you rememb how?"
Cracho:"You hade the best shot whith a bow."
"You realy think so?"
Cracho:"Yeah we wher attacked after you dissapered we lost allmost every battel."
"I am sorry I was on a mission and I got lost." Katana looked around at the ruins of what used to be his old Clan's fort.
