Chapter II, Part I

"Yanelli's p.o.v"

Two months had gone by and Tia still had not ran into nor seen Jason. She whined to Yanelli all the time that it wasn't fair she didn't get his number or give him hers. Yanelli thought Tia had lost her mind. That wasn't the first, second, nor third time a good looking man bought her something to drink. Two months later and you still talking about him? She was glad they were going to her sisters party tonight because she needed to get out of the house with Tia talking about "The Mysterious Jason" all the time.

Zzzzzzzz! Zzzzzzz! Zzzzzzzzzzz!

"Hello?"

"Heeeeyyyy Rodriguez!"

My sister was always so loud when she called and she always called me by our last name. Don't ask me why cause I couldn't tell you.

"Good Morning Kasani."

"That's all you have to say to me? I already had to call you first!"

"Happy Birthday!"

"Thank ya chile!"

We both started laughing. Kasani was my big sister and four years older than me but you couldn't tell with how close we were.

"You ready for yo party?"

"Girl yes! That's why I was calling you cause everybody knows how slow you are with getting dressed and I'm sure you don't have your outfit yet and the limo will be there to get y'all at 6:30."

"Limo? You doing it big huh?"

"You only turn 25 once so TURN UP!"

"Bye crazy."

"You start getting ready NOOOOOWW!"

Kasani had always been a party girl. It was Saturday and she had been celebrating her birthday since Monday. She loved to have fun but didn't know when to stop.

I remember one night we were in Atlanta visiting one of her many boo's and he took us to a club called Primal. Kasani got so drunk that she pissed on some random car. While were yelling at her to get down, the owner of the car walked up. She and her friends went crazy! Kasani pulled up her panties, jumped off the car, and slapped the girl in her face! One of the other girls jumped in slanging Kasani to the ground so I jumped in by kicking her in her side causing her to fall. When I got on top of her, repeatedly punching her in the face. The other one grabbed my hair from behind and started punching me. So I turned around and started fighting her. We both were hitting each other when I felt someone grab the top of my dress and arms wrap around my waist and I got thrown to the ground. Next thing I know three girls are stomping me. If it wasn't for three boys watching the fight and Kasani's boo, I could have been really hurt. They grabbed the girls and helped me up. I was so mad with Kasani until I found her slumped over throwing up and of course the sister came out of me to help her.

"Tia!"

"Yoooo!"

"I'm going to the mall! Wanna ride?!"

"Of course!"

"Well get ready!"

I hopped in the shower and took a quick bath. I felt so refreshed stepping out of the shower. I wrapped myself in a towel and looked for some shopping gear. I decided to wear a blue crop top and high waist, shredded denim shorts. I lotioned up, put on my clothes, put my tan Ugs on, and threw my hair into a messy ponytail.

"T you rea--"

I stopped my sentence when I seen her standing by the front door. Tia was wearing a tan, thigh length dress with black knee high boots. She had her hair pulled back into a tight bun.

"You got dressed fast today. I see ya!"

"Shut up and let's go."

I hated driving so I much rathered to drive Tia's car but I invited her so I drove. Walking to get in my 2011 all black Mercedes Kompressor I noticed one of the tires looked flat. I had this car since my sister bought it for my 18th birthday and I loved it dearly!

"Doesn't that tire look flat T?"

"A little but we'll make it to the mall."

" Na. I gotta run to the dealership to get a new one."

I knew Tia didn't feel like going to the dealership but everybody knew how I felt about my car.

I hopped on the interstate as we were listening to The Carter III. I love Lil Wayne! The dealership was the next exit over so it only took us about five minutes to get there.

When we got out we were greeted by one of the salesman.

"Hello ladies. How are you today? My name is--"

The salesman stopped his sentence so I looked up and I was in disbelief...
