It's easy for people to kind of just let things go because it's harder to have the toughness to speak up, to talk, to say whats really on your mind. I'd rather speak up, than to wait around and calm down first only to have your real opinions and thoughts kind of skewed. Speaking about your raw emotions takes guts!
