Red stained my bomber jacket, tinting the roses sewn on the back with a handprint.

"That was my favorite jacket," I sighed in exasperation, dropping my bloodied knife.

Climbing into my car, I could vaguely remember what just happened.

I drove calm, carefree as my problem was now taken care of.


The next morning, I could still hear his screams and pleads for mercy. I chuckled at the thought and got dressed counting down the days to prom.

One day, one problem solved.

Only a couple more days until I'm king.
