i started searching ways on how to move on.
i know that google wasn't a reliable source, but it wasn't like i could ask people about this dilemma. (she isn't my only friend at all.) (it's just that she's the only one who understands enough.)
and there were many ways, to the point it started confusing me. like, you know, i had to specify the searches. from ways on how to move on to how to forget your crush to get over a crush on your best friend. so much bullshit honestly, but wikihow had the answers somehow.
the ways had wide ranges. think about your crush's worst quirks (there's a lot, honestly). remember how amazing you are (i am, but issues, man). avoid your crush in social media (that's easy, considering how anti-social media you are). do what you love (a.k.a. things i suck at). that's just some; the tip of the iceberg.
and there's the last one. the top of the list. stop talking to your crush.
"that's easy," i told myself when i read that. because, well, it is actually easy.
then your chatbox name suddenly popped in my notification, and you know what?
i decided to screw it.
