Michael’s POV

“So Jer, what brought you here? In this town, I mean.” Summer asked, chewing her food.

“As I’ve told Ash, Im just having a vacation here. You know, I just wanna have a memorable one so I thought maybe going back in my childhood place will do. But I’ll be leaving after this vacation because of our family business.” He explained. He’ll be living this town as soon as summer ends. That’s music to my ears.

“Wow, that’s very nice of you. Helping with your family business and stuff.” Summer beamed.

“So Jeremy, where are you staying while you’re here?” Ash asked.

“Well, Im staying in a hotel right now.” This is one rich kid.

“You can stay with us.” Cal offered.

“Yeah! We’ll have so much fun!” Luke joined in.

“Shut up Luke!” I shouted bluntly. What the fuck. There’s no fun being with that guy.

“Yeah, we have a spare room in here anyway.” Summer added.

And to top it all, “So what do you think?” Ashton asked, looking at him.

“S-sure. If you guys insist.” He agreed and everyone, of course don’t count me in, cheered. This is not good. Please, fuck no.

“Why?” I suddenly blurted out. Everyone looked at me as if I’d stolen something.

“What are you talking about, Mikey?” Summer asked, her smile fading.

“W-what? Oh nothing.” I said quietly.

“Are you sure you guys want me to stay here? I mean, is it okay with you?” Jeremy asked. Seriously, is this guy a retard or something that couldn’t understand a thing? I mean, do he even have to repeat it?
