Dear Jake,

"Miss Jackson? I don't really feel too well," I raised my hand in class. "Ok, go to the nurse. Here's a pass," she handed me a pink paper and I quickly left the classroom. Jesus, my stomach is hurting like hell. I need to throw up. I stopped in the hallway, crouching down, breathing hard. Too hard. Then I heard a voice behind me. "Kennedy, are you alright?!" you asked nervously. I started coughing, and you pulled me up, but I couldn't stand. So you carried me, prince-style, to the nurse's office. "Thank you," I managed to say, between coughs. "No problem. But...I think you need to see a doctor.." you whispered. I nodded, and fell asleep. Mom picked me up, and the nurse told her what happened. She scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. Jake.... thanks for helping me. Who know what would be happening right now, if you hadn't seen me.

Love Always,

Kennedy
