I opened the door to Kennedy's hospital room, and I flicked on the lights. There she was...and she was beautiful. I can't believe we might have a chance of being boyfriend and girlfriend. Then I noticed the box on her bed....I walked up to it, picking it up. And there was also a sticky note on it.
Dear Jake,
Here's 50 unsent letters. I promise, they are short. Probably will take you maybe today and tomorrow to read them. And I'm dead anyways...so you can start now. Love you forever and ever :)

My breath caught in my throat as I read the note. And when it said she was dead....I started crying. And I looked up at Kennedy....her eyes were closed.
