Nixon was home alone one rainy night playing on his Gameboy Color, when suddenly there were three sharp knocks on his front door. He hesitated and finally went to grab the door to open it. He creaked the door open slightly just to see who or what was at the door. He opened the door to see a black silhouetted figure standing in front of him. But in the blink of an eye the figure vanished into thin air, leaving behind a note of some sort. Nixon reached for the note and grabbed it. He turned around and closed the door behind him. He went into the family room and plopped onto the couch, he opened the note and it read:

"Read this at your own risk;

Do not fear, but you are now under a horrid curse. You have five nights to escape this fate, the first will go by slowly and normally. On the second night you will feel very uneasy, you will become very sick and nauseous. On the third night you will have some very unexpected and unpleasant visitors. On the fourth night you shall lose someone very important in your life. And on the final night you will have to walk into the dreaded Raven's Nest to find me and put an end to your curse, otherwise it will only get worse and death will follow shortly after. Be aware, you have five nights, And only five nights."

Nixon finished the note shaken and horrified of what will happen to him. He goes to his room only to find a sharp knife laying on his pillow with another strange note attached to it. Afraid to read it, he picked it up and carefully opened it. But this note was different, it said;

"I wish the best of luck to you. And with that said, I bestow this legendary knife onto you. Use this to defeat that curse and cause misery to the one who granted it to you

-Andrew"

Confused, Nixon picks up the knife with caution and sits on his bed.  While the hilt carved out of pure red jade complimented the exquisite fine bronze toned blade with ancient scribe carved onto the side. But on the hilt there was something that  appeared to be snakes wrapping around it, while holding olive branches in their mouths. He attentively studies the knife, he notices there's some strange writing on the knife.

Tired and confused, Nixon tucked the knife away under his pillow and went to sleep.
