Dressed in red flannel and dark pants, Alex walked into her literature class

Piper smiled at Alex immediately and Alex returned the favor

"Exams are Monday so everyone study over the weekend and do your best" Lotreck spoke

Piper didn't take her eyes off Alex the entire class. Alex was mostly invested in her notes or a book

Around the end of the day Alex met Nicky outside the school

"So Nichols, what's the plan for tonight?"

"I was thinking about seeing a movie"

"Sure. Anything in mind?"

"Well uh my friend was kind of gonna pick it"

"Your friend?"

"It's Friday and everyone is stressed so I thought I would help her with that"

"Now I'm the third wheel to your sex date?"

"Not exactly"

2 girls walked up to Nicky. One was brunette with green eyes and was wearing a white crop top with black shorts

The other girl was a redhead and was wearing blue jeans and a hoodie

"Alex this is Miranda and Skye"

Alex gestured awkwardly to the two. Skye was Alex's date, the redhead, and Miranda was for Nicky

"A double date?"

"We try new things" Nicky smirked

Piper walked out of the school and saw Alex talking with the unknown girl

"Fine we'll leave but I'm gonna go pee" Alex left the three girls

She passed but didn't notice Piper in the doorway, due to the crowd of students

Alex splashed some water on her face and was really grieving this date

Piper followed her shyly and slid in through the doorway

"Hi" Piper spoke

"Oh hey" Alex turned to her, leaning on the sink

"You ready for those midterms?"

"Is this Chapman or Piper asking me?"

"Piper"

"Honestly, yeah, but I really fucking hate tests"

Piper leaned against the wall across from Alex "Dont like being under pressure?"

"Not really"

"I'm sure you'll be fine"

Alex kind of nodded her head downwards

"So what are your plans for the weekend?" Piper asked

"I'm going to a movie tonight and then I was just gonna be around. Probably hang with Nicky unless she's too busy fucking some girl"

"The girls outside?"

"Yeah, you saw them?" Alex asked

"I noticed they were with you as I was leaving"

"But you didn't leave"

"You looked upset. Thought I would check in"

"I'm fine.."

"So those are your friends?"

"No Nicky set me up on a double fuck date-"
Alex stopped and remembered she was talking to a teacher
"ya know, never mind"
