Kageyama hates crying. He hates how his eyes grow warm as tears cloud his vision... As his lips start to tremble.

He hates how is breathing becomes short. How it becomes ragged.

He hates how his eyes become red and puffy.

He hates how he comes to feel tired and worn

There is only one thing that he hates more than crying, and that is seeing Oikawa cry.

Although Oikawa's lips don't tremble nearly as much...

Although Oikawa's breathing is not nearly as short... As ragged.

Although Oikawa's eyes are only pink and slightly puffy...

It feels worse. So much worse.

Watching Oikawa cry... Feeling useless since he is unsure of what to say or do...

Kageyama has come to to conclusion that he'd rather cry than see Oikawa cry.
