Alex had been contained since last night, and she had refused to talk to anyone; the sheriff, the deputies. She wouldn't talk to anyone except you. Whenever an officer would go talk to her, she'd ask for you and that's all she'd say. So you entered the interrogation room reluctantly, taking a seat in front of her and asking why she'd only speak with you.
"I don't know. I guess there's just something about you that I like."
